Purchasing from Ksquished.com is an agreement/understanding to our shop policy below:
- PREORDERS: We will do our best to fulfill preorders within the estimated time given on the product page. However, preorders are listed when items are not yet in-stock at ksquished.com. A preorder is a pre-payment of an item in exchange for stock to be set aside for the customer upon arrival to ksquished.com
- ORDERING IN-STOCK ITEMS WITH PREORDER ITEMS: When in-stock items are ordered with preorder items, the in stock items will be held until the preorder items arrive. All items will be shipped together. If you would like your in-stock items immediately, please purchase them separately from any preorder items as shipping will need to be be paid for both orders to be sent at separate times.
- REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We cannot guarantee manufactured items or items shipped from other shops through our page. This also applies to squishy sales from items that may be slightly defective (but do not impede the use/functionality of the item) or items that break during play, as not all squishy toys are meant for hard play. We will do our best to replace or refund goods that show up damaged from a sealed product. We reserve the right to request the damaged product to sent back to us before being sent a replacement/refund.
- CURATED/GIFT BASKETS/HANDMADE GOODS: There will be slight deviations from the product images for these items. These items are handmade or curated items and in stock supplies to create the item may differ slightly. We will do our best to list the possible variations in the product (IE: different basket for a gift basket, different color options that may be chosen, etc.) in the item description. If the item ordered has a specific color variation (IE: Tee shirt in Sage) we will ensure that item is made to order, or we will reach out if there is a delay in creating your item with that chosen option. These items may also need an additional 1-2 business days for creation and processing and we will do our best to communicate this through the email provided on the order.
