Refund policy

• REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We cannot guarantee manufactured items or items shipped from other shops through our page. This also applies to squishy sales from items that may be slightly defective (but do not impede the use/functionality of the item) or items that break during play, as not all squishy toys are meant for hard play. We will do our best to replace or refund goods that show up damaged from a sealed product. We reserve the right to request the damaged product to sent back to us before being sent a replacement/refund.
