Cancellation policy
- CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Ksquished.com will strive to provide a reason for cancellation through the email listed on the order. Cancellations can occur for a number of reasons, but are not limited to, issues such as: lack of inventory, shipping fee errors, shipping zone errors, and product issues. Cancellations by the customer must be made in advance of the order being fulfilled (shipping label purchased/items packed). Any cancellations requests after this time will not be honored.
- CANCELLED PREORDERS: Preorders are a first come. first serve. As a customer, you are reserving a pre-stocked item. In some cases, the item is not purchased until the allowable preorder quantity is reached to submit an inventory order. Cancelling a pre-order may result in a restocking and/or handling fee of $4.99+ for the item(s).
