Shipping policy
- PREORDERS: We will do our best to fulfill preorders within the estimated time given on the product page. However, preorders are listed when items are not yet in-stock at ksquished.com. A preorder is a pre-payment of an item in exchange for stock to be set aside for the customer upon arrival to ksquished.com
- ORDERING IN-STOCK ITEMS WITH PREORDER ITEMS: When in-stock items are ordered with preorder items, the in stock items will be held until the preorder items arrive. All items will be shipped together. If you would like your in-stock items immediately, please purchase them separately from any preorder items as shipping will need to be be paid for both orders to be sent at separate times.
